How your minutes work
- Monthly allowance
- 300 minutes for Standard; 900 for Pro. Resets each subscription month, not each calendar month. Unused minutes do not roll over.
- Processing, not practice
- Minutes cover automatic processing of private audio/video. Platform practice and replaying processed materials do not consume this allowance.
- No surprise overage charges
- New processing pauses when the allowance is exhausted. Reserved minutes are returned if processing fails technically.
- Cancellation
- Cancelling renewal keeps membership benefits until the paid period ends. Learning records are retained after expiry.
